"The test
of our progress is not whether we add more
to the abundance of those who have much, it
is whether we provide enough for those who
have little."
... Franklin Delano Roosevelt
Welcome to the web site of the
Community Resource Center of Johnson
County, located in Buffalo,
Wyoming
. Our primary objective is to reduce poverty in our
community by better focusing available
local, state, federal and private resources
and thereby assist low income individuals
and families. We address their
multiple needs by developing partnerships
with other non-profit, service-oriented
organizations whom we assist in acquiring
the funds required to serve those less
fortunate members of the community.
Mission
Provide a human services hub that encourages and offers
initiatives that foster the physical, moral and psychological
health of Johnson County.
Goals
- Facilitate resources for citizens who are
economically disadvantaged
- Develop relationships among community agencies
- Advocate for positive community assets in
support of youth
- Provide an information resource to all citizens
- Maintain a clearinghouse for volunteer opportunities

The Promise of Community Action
"Community
